Meet your home delivery driver, William (Bill) Lannon. Bill has been the home delivery driver for the past ten years here at Shaw Farm. Bill started out his career as a driver for Hood at the age of 19 years old, and after a few years moved on to a rewarding career as a Hostess delivery driver which he did until retirement. Upon retiring Bill realized that he couldn’t handle sitting idle for the rest of his life and saw an ad for a home delivery driver that Shaw Farm had posted. He came down to the farm and the rest is history.
He has now been delivering milk door to door for us for ten years! Bill was born and raised in the Merrimack Valley and raised his two children in their family house on the Lowell/Dracut line. Bill is now the proud grandfather of five and is an avid boater. He can be found on his days off enjoying his boat with his grandchildren on Lake Mascupic where he used to put on water skiing stunt shows in his youth. Bill is a great example of the type of dedicated hometown people that work at Shaw Farm.
